The Lagree Method is an exercise method specifically engineered to strengthen, tighten, and tone the muscles effectively and efficiently without any excess stress on the joints, connective tissues, or spine.
Lagree is intense on the muscles and easy on the joints. The method will make you shake, sweat, and sore upon leaving class THROUGH proven training techniques and exercises such as planks, lunges, squats, push ups, as well as unique exercises such as Super Lunge, Catfish, and Scrambled Eggs. Centered on the eight principles we call the Magic 8, each workout varies in intensity in order to force physical changes, also known as positive adaptation.

The Mini Pro features a state-of-the-art angling technology that unlocks a full range of movements and endless positioning for your hands and feet to really dig deep and target key muscles. The platform can also be used in a full vertical lift as a handlebar. With the platform lifted, users can perform many of the most effective and intense exercises in the Lagree Fitness repertoire.

Focusing on core, strength, and endurance, Lagree is a high-intensity, low-impact, anti-inflammatory exercise method that tightens, strengthens, and tones by incorporating bodybuilding principles and movements.

lagree utilizes quick and effective transitions to improve muscular endurance and work on slow twitch muscle fibers making your muscles shake. working on slow twitch muscles by performing controlled reps, lagree will tighten and tone your muscles with minimal impact to your joints, spine and connective tissues.

low impact: although lagree is a high intensity workout, the method itself is low impact. meaning throughout the movements, there should never be any UNNECESSARY stress on the joints, connective tissues and/or spine.
Slow & controlled movements: Lagree workouts emphasize slow & controlled movements focusing on time under tension. This approach maximizes muscle engagement, leading to more significant strength gains and muscle endurance.
muscle exhaustion: Lagree aims to exhaust the muscles through CHALLENGING serious, focusing on the same body movements one block at a time. By pushing muscles to their limits, you will achieve muscle fatigue, which promotes muscle growth and definition.
time under tension: During the exercise, we maintain constant tension on the muscles groups, even during transitions between movements. This continuous engagement ensures that muscles are continuously challenged throughout the workout, leading to greater muscle activation and development.
full body workout: each class you can expect a different series of workouts, however you will target the same muscle groups each time: upper body, center core, obliques, legs & lots of glutes. Although the movements will always be different, you should always know what to expect before coming to class.
